Ridgeline Band Boosters offers families a wide variety of opportunities to get involved with assisting the Ridgeline Regiment. We use Sign Up Genius as a way for families to sign up for volunteer slots at band camp, marching band competitions, fundraisers, etc.
Our goal is to post all volunteering opportunity sign ups here on our website in one easy to go-to location.

This is a great opportunity to come together as a band community and experience what it looks like to serve meals to students while on the road during the season. After dinner, families are invited to stay and watch the students practice in the stadium.

Car Wash Volunteers

Join us for the 6th Annual Ridgeline Regiment Car Wash! Parents and students will be washing cars and having fun! Donations help fund music, travel, meals, equipment, and unforgettable experiences for our performers throughout the season.

Meal Prep and Servers for Band Camp
Date: Wednesday, August 12-Friday, August 14

We are looking for volunteers to help us prep and serve meals for band camp. We will meet at the school on Wednesday evening to prep. We will also need servers to help set up, clean up and serve lunch & dinner on Thursday, Breakfast, Lunch, and at our Parent/Student BBQ Friday. Chaperones- Band Camp Overnighter
Date: Thursday, August 13 - Friday, August 14
Time: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
It's time to chaperone our fun band kids!
The chaperone duties will be during the band camp overnighter from August 13 at 8pm to August 14 at 8am. We will be sleeping on the gym floor. Bring an air mattress or cot, sleeping bag/blankets, pillow, change of clothes, toothbrush, etc. You must have a current volunteer registration application with CVSD in order to chaperone. Ice Cream/Frozen Treats for Band Camp- Donations
Dates: during band camp
Time: 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM
Help us provide the students with a cool treat during full days at band camp. Treats will be served during dinner time in the commons. Please be in the commons at the time listed. Bonus: you can help hand them out.
Spectacle of Sound
Date: September 26
Time: varies upon sign-up
The Spectacle of Sound is a one-day Marching Band Exhibition Event for
high school marching programs from the Greater Spokane Area. Marching band directors from the regional high schools prepare for the exhibition, arrange transportation and food for their respective bands. Ridgeline Band Boosters coordinates administrative logistics, and volunteers for parking, concessions, ticket sales and pickup, chaperones, food service, etc.
Duties of Chaperone:
Ride the bus
Supervise the kids
Help with Food Prep/serving meals/clean up
Push equipment and props on the field.
Anything else the chaperone coordinator or staff asks you to do.
There will be a meeting for all chaperones with Mr. Parker & Claire Washburn in late August/early September.

Washington State requires that all food workers have food safety training before handling food served to the public. Food workers who take a food safety training class and pass the State of Washington exam on food safety basics are issued a Food Worker Card (also called a Food Handler Permit).

Each application is screened and a criminal background check is performed. To ensure the safety of our students, individuals are accepted only after the screening process is complete.
