Schedules, presides and develops agenda for all band board and general meetings. 

Assists all/any board members or committee heads as needed

Appoints committee to oversee annual financial review 

Acts as liaison between band boosters, band director and school staff, when necessary

Keeps organizational documents and paperwork to pass down year-to-year

Attends all band board and general meetings

Head of the Nominating Committee

Develops and maintains Ridgeline Band Booster website 

Coordinates with other board members about adding content to the website 

Updates Facebook and Instagram pages with communications as directed from the band board

Attends all band board and general meetings

Oversees and coordinates fundraising efforts (except the craft fair)

Recruits and assists coordinators for 5 main fundraisers: 

• Dippin Dots: Pig Out in the Park

• Dippin Dots: HoopFest

• Spectacle of Sound

• Car Wash

• Craft Fair

Assists in other possible fundraising efforts 

Attends all band board and general meetings

Takes and records meeting minutes for all board meetings and general meetings

Creates and distributes newsletters under direction of board

Maintains fixed assets spreadsheet 

Attends all band board and general meetings

Maintains the financial books 

Provides monthly financial report to the board

Files necessary paperwork with the State and Federal governments

Assists with fundraisers as needed (provides cash boxes, ipad/square payment options, accounting and reporting)

Deposits donations, keeps donation spreadsheet, sends donation thank-you letters

Receives and reimburses expense reports

Checks PO Box weekly

Monitors financial accounts 

Attends all band board and general meetings

Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the fall craft fair

Completes all Vendor Coordinator responsibilities including: vendor registrations, vendor communications, check in for vendors during event

Sets up committee meetings and works with craft fair committee members including: Vendor Coordinator, Facility Coordinator, Cash Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Concession/Bake Sale Coordinator, Advertising Coordinator and Vendor Promotion team

Attends all band board and general meetings

Assists Treasurer with all duties 

Square specialist

Attends all band board and general meetings

Develops relationships with parents and other volunteers and provides contact for parents with questions about how to get involved

Assists Vice President - Fundraising in recruiting volunteers for fundraisers

Assists Food, Uniform, Chaperone and Props Committees in recruiting volunteers as needed

Designs Signup Geniuses for volunteers, posts on Band App and sends to Communication Specialist to add to band booster website
